Compatibility & Important Information

The PlayStation 5 Pro is compatible with PS5 digital games and the majority of supported PS4 digital games. PS5 Pro enhancements vary by title and are not available in every game. Certain features require a compatible 4K television or monitor.

Digital Edition – No Disc Drive Included: This console does not have a built-in disc drive and cannot play physical game discs as supplied. A compatible Disc Drive for PS5 consoles is available separately. An internet connection is required when initially pairing the optional disc drive with the console.

An internet connection and PlayStation account are required to purchase and download digital games. Some online multiplayer features require a paid PlayStation Plus subscription. Additional games and subscriptions are sold separately.

The included DualSense wireless controller contains a built-in rechargeable battery. The console itself is powered through the supplied AC mains cable. Horizontal stand feet are included, while the official vertical stand is sold separately.
